Your questions, answered
What if the API has poor documentation?
We check it during the Scoping Sprint. If it is undocumented or unreliable, we tell you before quoting and may suggest a different approach.
Who pays for the API subscription?
Any fees charged by the API provider are paid by you directly, so the account stays in your name.
What happens when the provider changes their API?
The integration logs failures and alerts you. The care plan covers fixing it, or we quote for the change at the time.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. We can build the integration in your repository, follow your standards and hand it over to your team.
Can you use public open data?
Yes. Public data such as the Bus Open Data Service is usually free under the Open Government Licence. We check the licence terms and attribution for each feed.
Do you work with businesses in Birmingham and the West Midlands?
