Industries & workflows
AI and software for your industry
From the first enquiry to a team handover, booking or release. Explore how AI, custom software, delivery pods and websites can support the work your organisation does every day.
Practical applications
Where the work connects
Illustrative workflows for businesses and public- and private-sector organisations, not claims of completed client projects.
Property, lettings & developers From the first enquiry to a confirmed viewing and follow-up.
The challenge
Enquiries can arrive through calls, property portals and your website. Keeping the conversation, viewing arrangements and CRM record together can mean repeated work.
What we can build
- AI receptionists and website enquiry assistants
- Viewing requests and reminders
- Buyer, tenant or investor portals
- CRM connections and pipeline reporting
Example workflow
- 01
Capture the enquiry
Collect contact details and the property or service of interest.
- 02
Prepare the handover
Summarise the request and add it to the agreed CRM workflow.
- 03
Arrange the viewing
Check availability and send a request for the team to confirm.
- 04
Follow up
Prepare reminders and record the next action for the agent.
Human checkpoint. Your team confirms appointments, checks property information and approves any advice or commitment to the client.
Clinics & private healthcare Appointment enquiries, reception handover and administrative follow-up.
The challenge
Reception teams need to balance in-person visitors, incoming calls and appointment administration. A connected enquiry process can support that work without replacing clinical judgement.
What we can build
- Reception assistants using approved administrative information
- Appointment requests and scheduling connections
- Patient-facing forms and enquiry portals
- Reminder workflows with agreed consent and access rules
Example workflow
- 01
Receive the request
Explain the assistant's role and collect only the agreed enquiry details.
- 02
Route to reception
Pass the request and relevant context to the appropriate staff member.
- 03
Confirm arrangements
Staff check the appointment request and confirm the next step.
- 04
Send a reminder
Use the agreed communication channel and reminder preferences.
Human checkpoint. Clinical questions go to qualified staff. This example covers administration, not diagnosis, clinical triage or treatment advice. Data handling is assessed before any integration.
Legal, finance & professional services Structured intake, document collection and adviser-ready information.
The challenge
Professional firms, financial-services teams and family offices may need to bring together client requests, documents and reporting while controlling who can see each record.
What we can build
- Client portals with role-based access
- Document collection and completeness checks
- AI knowledge assistants using approved sources
- Reporting drafts, reminders and action logs
Example workflow
- 01
Open the request
Create a record from an enquiry or an authorised internal task.
- 02
Gather information
Request the agreed documents through an access-controlled portal.
- 03
Prepare a summary
Organise the information and flag missing items for review.
- 04
Adviser review
The responsible professional checks the work and decides the response.
Human checkpoint. Qualified people retain responsibility for advice, financial decisions and client communications. AI drafts do not become approved advice automatically.
Retail, hospitality & concierge Connect product or booking enquiries with your team and existing systems.
The challenge
A guest request, product question or booking change can involve the website, reception, stock information and a customer record. A shared workflow helps your team keep the context together.
What we can build
- Websites, online stores and booking journeys
- Guest and customer enquiry assistants
- Booking, stock, point-of-sale and CRM connections
- Marketing follow-up and review-response drafts
Example workflow
- 01
Welcome the enquiry
Capture the product, booking or service the customer is asking about.
- 02
Check the details
Retrieve approved availability, product or booking information.
- 03
Confirm the request
Let staff review exceptions and confirm the agreed action.
- 04
Keep in touch
Send approved updates and prepare follow-up in line with preferences.
Human checkpoint. Staff approve refunds, booking exceptions, external marketing and spending. Campaign support can involve trusted specialist partners where agreed.
Manufacturing & engineering From a quote request to job tracking, stock updates and reporting.
The challenge
Specifications, quotes, supplier documents and job updates may sit across spreadsheets and older systems. Connecting them starts with understanding the records your teams rely on.
What we can build
- Quote builders based on your approved rules
- Job tracking and production dashboards
- ERP, accounts, stock and supplier integrations
- Legacy modernisation and cloud migration
Example workflow
- 01
Receive the brief
Capture the customer's specification and supporting documents.
- 02
Prepare the quote
Bring together the agreed rules, stock data and outstanding questions.
- 03
Approve the job
An authorised person confirms scope, terms and release to the team.
- 04
Track progress
Record job updates and prepare reporting from connected systems.
Human checkpoint. Engineers approve specifications and commercial commitments. Production or safety-critical changes require the organisation's own review and release controls.
Education & training Course enquiries, enrolment administration and learner support.
The challenge
Course providers and education teams handle enquiries, learner records and evidence across several tools. Clear handovers can make that administrative journey easier to manage.
What we can build
- Course websites and enrolment portals
- Learner dashboards and document workflows
- Administrative assistants using approved information
- Learning-platform integrations and reminders
Example workflow
- 01
Answer the enquiry
Share approved course information and capture the learner's request.
- 02
Collect the details
Gather the agreed registration information and supporting documents.
- 03
Staff review
A member of the team checks the record and confirms arrangements.
- 04
Support the learner
Provide approved reminders, access information and progress updates.
Human checkpoint. Staff retain admissions, assessment and safeguarding decisions. Access to learner information and any completion records is agreed explicitly.
Public sector & government Service requests, casework handovers and accountable delivery.
The challenge
Public-sector teams may need to modernise internal systems while keeping records, access controls and review responsibilities aligned with their existing processes.
What we can build
- Service portals and accessible request forms
- Casework dashboards and system integrations
- Knowledge assistants over approved guidance
- Delivery pods for backlog and modernisation work
Example workflow
- 01
Receive a request
Capture the information agreed for the service or internal process.
- 02
Organise the record
Check for missing fields and prepare a summary with source references.
- 03
Officer review
An authorised member of staff checks the facts and decides the action.
- 04
Record the outcome
Log the approved response and update the relevant systems.
Human checkpoint. People retain decisions affecting access to services or individual rights. Procurement, assurance, access and any clearance requirements are assessed for each engagement.
Software & internal delivery teams Move an agreed backlog item through build, review and release.
The challenge
Engineering and operations teams can need extra delivery capacity or better connections between requests, repositories and release processes, without losing ownership of the work.
What we can build
- Senior-led delivery pods and hands-on engineering
- Java, React, APIs and cloud modernisation
- Delivery bots for triage, testing and documentation
- Internal portals, knowledge tools and reporting
Example workflow
- 01
Agree the work
Define the backlog item, acceptance criteria and access needed.
- 02
Build and test
Implement the change in the agreed repository and run relevant checks.
- 03
Review the change
Engineers assess the code, test evidence and operational impact.
- 04
Release with approval
Follow the team's deployment controls and monitor the result.
Human checkpoint. Your team approves code changes, production access and deployment. Bots work within agreed permissions and do not bypass release controls.
Common questions
Your industry, your requirements
Are these completed client projects?
No. These are illustrative workflows showing how our services could fit different organisations. The final scope, integrations and approval steps are agreed for your project; these examples are not client case studies or promises of results.
Do you only work with these industries?
No. We work with businesses and public- and private-sector organisations. If your sector is not listed, tell us about the process you want to improve and we can assess whether our services fit.
Can you connect to our sector-specific software?
We first check supported APIs, exports, permissions and provider terms. An integration is only confirmed after assessing the actual systems; we will explain limitations and alternatives.
Does every workflow need AI?
No. A form, a portal or a rules-based integration may be enough. We use AI where it suits the task, with testing and appropriate human review.
Can you work with sensitive or regulated information?
We assess the data, access requirements and responsibilities before work begins. Hosting, retention, approvals and any specialist assurance are agreed for the engagement; no universal compliance or certification claim is made.
Tell us about your workflow
Start with the task, the tools and the point where work slows down. We can discuss it in person or remotely.
