A delivery pod is a small team working on an agreed set of delivery priorities, with senior technical leadership. The skills, capacity and responsibilities are matched to the engagement and confirmed before work starts.
Can you work with our existing developers?
Yes. We can integrate with your repository, Jira backlog, Agile ceremonies, review standards and deployment approvals, subject to the onboarding and access requirements.
Do you support public- and private-sector organisations?
Yes. Techlina welcomes work with organisations in both sectors. The founder's experience spans government, defence, financial services and enterprise delivery. Any procurement, assurance or clearance requirements must be assessed for the specific engagement.
